Facebook Nabs Instagram for a Cool $1 Billion

The news broke not too long ago that Facebook has completed talks with the popular social photography company, Instagram, and has acquired them for $1 billion. I can’t say that this a shock due to the recent special attention that Facebook has given to Instagram integration into the social network.
