There is a new Support App in Windows 10 January Technical Preview to obtain support directly from Microsoft for Windows. This shows how serious Microsoft is about it’s business of converting Windows into a Service. There are lot of people that will be needing assistance understand this new Windows and understanding the new Service structure.

I guess they’ve learnt their lesson about Windows 8 that a lot many people failed to understand. You don’t want to be too far away from your customers. I personally think this is an indictment for all of us Tech bloggers out there. If we would stop being fanboys giving our opinions on Microsoft’s products and start educating the masses about technology, Microsoft would probably not need to create this App. Anyway, we here at McAkins.com will only publish when you really need to know.
