Here’s another subtle change in Windows 10 File Explorer before next week’s revelations. The ubiquitous Network Neighborhood node or ‘Network’ as it was shortened to in Windows 8 has now changed name again. You will be calling it ‘Computers and Devices’ forthwith; which is basically what you do with that node anyway. You use it to see connected computers and devices on your network.
Hopefully this is not sea of change again for some Enterprise IT people who would rather Microsoft don’t change anything on the Shell GUI.
If you do not see this change like I do, do not worry. As Microsoft promised with Windows 10, they’ll be activating random features for users to see how they respond to it. This might be one of those situations. As you can see, the Icon is still the same but the name has changed.
Cool find! I still see Network in 9879, however. Are you using 9879 or You might be right; MS might be doing this for a select few.

Yes, I am on 9879. I think it is the selective activation thing.
