So, what happens when your girlfriend gets her own 15 seconds of fame on National Television and Brent Musburger even comments on her? Well, she’s going to attract guys of all ages first of all, starting with the pre-teen beside her and escalating to thousands of twitter users.
“You see that lovely lady there, she does go to Auburn, but she’s also Miss Alabama and that’s A.J. McCarron’s girlfriend”
– Brent Musburger
“AJ’s doing some things right”
-Kirk Herbstreit
While we’re at it I’ll add this in there; Even UGA’s quarterback Aaron Murray felt the urge to chime in on his rival’s girlfriend.
Though her beauty has nothing to do with me doing this post her massive amounts of Twitter followers that is growing literally by the second does. At 9:40PM EST Katherine Webb had 29,660 followers which was already more than half of what she had before she was featured on ESPN. At 10:40 she had surpassed Aaron Murray [@aaronmurray11] in followers and was under 5,000 followers away from having more followers than any QB in college football. Below you’ll find the before/after snapshots of her followers. She hasn’t started trending yet [mark my words] but she sure is turning heads in the college football fan base. As of 10:57PM she hit 80,005 followers and at 11:01 PM she passed her boyfriend’s number of followers with a little over 81,000.
