One of my most used and favorite apps in the App Store, currently is the Remote Mouse (by Zeng Rong) It enables the user to control their computer of any type by your screen from an iPod or iPhone. The screen setup is a black/green background which serves as your computer screen. The user drags their finger across the device and your mouse moves with you. There is also a keyboard displayed below your screen controller that includes the same setup as your usual iPod/iPhone keyboard. The app is mostly used for presentations or for your computer in conjunction with your TV or projector.
