Walmart has now confirmed that the iPad will be retailed at “hundreds” of stores across the country this Friday (October 15) according to Electronista. The world’s largest retail franchise plans on expanding the sale of the popular tablet to over 2,000 stores by the middle of November. They will be on display in stores in their own unique separate area. It is also worth noting that the iPad will be availablel as well for order on Walmart.com, but they will have to be picked up at your local Walmart.
