Now that it has been shown/proven by recent events that Apple lied in its detestable ad campagne "Im a Mac, Im a PC" claiming to have the "most" secured OS, I am just thinking out loud now, can you people that have been misled by Apple take it to court? Just like we see in the on-going litigation against Microsoft with the "Vista Capable" case. Companies should be responsible for public claims they make, and if MS can be sued by a bunch of Litigation lawyers on this ground, why not Apple on its "Most secured platform" claim? Lets hear it people!
