Introducing Metro Social–A fresh fully Metro Facebook Client

Jason Short (@Infinitecodex) just announced Metro Social App in the Windows Store. A look in the Store is enough to prompt this mention on McAkins Online. Metro Social is one awesome Facebook client, and I am sure it will give other clients in the Store a good run for their money.  The app makes good use of the Metro Interface to bring you your Facebook stream. The is not a wrapper around a web component, but all functions of Facebook is implemented in the glorious Metro interface. Here the app description from the Store:

  1. Just downloaded the app. It has great design, but it’s definitely missing some functionality and stability. Still, some great potential. Looks like they drew it first, now they’re gonna start working harder on the code. Thanks for the tip!
